Imaging

As with X rays, various forms of imaging can be used in a similar way for clinical purposes.

The most common types of imaging include Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), ultrasound and Computed Tomography (CT).

These techniques can be used to obtain images of the body to help direct investigations and sometimes make a diagnosis.
